We offer employment contracts and related documents suitable for use in China and Hong Kong. Our documents have been prepared primarily for use of limited companies, but can also be used for indirectly operational entities; with due regard to the prevailing employment laws.

Standard terms in an employment contract are those that are explicitly agreed between employee and employer and can include:-

  • amount of wages, including any overtime or bonus pay
  • hours of work, including overtime hours
  • holidays pay
  • sick pay
  • redundancy pay
  • notice period
  • dismissal
