Currently all Foreign Invested Enterprises (FIEs), in particular Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) are going through challenging times to manage their domestic and international operations. With the global financial crisis on everyone’s mind, SME’s are revisiting the idea of China in order to survive the downturn. At the moment they are taking a wait-and-see attitude and may relocate many of their operations to China in order to incur lower-costs.

The history of the company starts in the year 1972 with the foundation of the Finze & Wagner engineering office in Burghausen (Bavaria), the location of our head office till today. Only a few years later the intensive extension of the company started with a strong upwards trend, even intensifying its dynamics later on.

Concept: Finze & Wagner is a pure engineering enterprise and offers all-in-one well-founded professional engineering and design within the sectors of process automation, process control, measurement and control technology, weighing technology, environmental and water technology, electrical planning, facility services technology, communication and safety technology as well as software development for the chemical and petrochemical industries, pharmaceutical industry, environmental technology, food industry and the steel industry. The companies of FIWA group have more than 200 employees working at this time.
