Klako was approached by an European importer of household appliances, as they were looking for the right partner to increase and improve their overseas sourcing capabilities and to become closer to their existing China suppliers. They needed a China based partner whereby the working relationship was consistent and reliable yet flexible enough to accommodate sudden increases in manpower if required to cater to the fast pace and always changing requirements of their European retail customer's needs. 

Klako had the infrastructure and created a dedicated team that had the experience and expertise in the European importer's product range. Klako's dedicated team is now liasing on a daily basis with the European importer's headoffice staff and all their China suppliers in relation to the supply chain including sourcing of new suppliers and products, product development, technical support, price negotiation, sampling, trade documentation and order follow up, quality control and logistics coordination.
